- Hillstone: 328 luxury units
- Fordham Apartments: 273 luxury units
- Tar Heel Lodging: 260 (Phases 1 and 2 in review) luxury units
- Park Apts: 545 luxury units and 155 mid range units (application pending)
Total 1827 units (well over the goal for the area)
